HOW I USE GREEN PAPAYAS AFTER THE CYCLONE Part 1
There are endless ways to use Green Papayas! Many of my tall Papaya trees fell during the Cyclone and I have an abundance of them to use. Today I am making a Thai Green Papaya Salad which became one of my favorite dishes when living in Thailand and it always reminds me of the time I spent there. I am showing you a vegan version of the traditional Som Tam Salad as one way to use Green Papayas.
