HOW I USE GREEN PAPAYAS AFTER THE CYCLONE Part 2
This is Part 2 of how I use all the Green Papayas that I have collected from the fallen trees after the Cyclone. I am making Sauerkraut quite often and this time I made a really big batch by mixing the Cabbage with an equal part of shredded Green Papayas and it turned out really good:) Green Papayas do keep for quite a long time and I still have many of them lying around, so maybe there will be a part 3 of processing green papayas from my permaculture garden, as I have still many ideas on how to use them.
