Black sesame seeds & Oats cookies | Buttery black sesame cookies | Black sesame pebble cookies | Healthy black sesame cookies Ingredients 75gm black sesame seeds 75gm crushed oats 75 gm flour 25gm corn flour 1 egg yolk 80gm powdered sugar 100gm butter Instructions 1.Toast the sesame seeds over medium heat and stir them every 20-30 seconds so that they are evenly toasted without burning. 2.Using a food processor to crush the oats doesn't make it super fine 3.You should use super fine powdered sugar 4.Combine butter and sugar and mix until it is creamy 5.Add the yolk of an egg 6.Mix it well 7.Add all the dry ingredients sesame seeds, oats, flour, and corn flour. 8.Combine well and make into a long log and place in the refrigerator for 60 minutes. Remove it from the fridge and cut it into 1cm slices. Before baking, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes. It gives you properly shaped cookies. (I baked it after two days for various reasons, but it still came out the same) 9.Put it in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius. 10.It should be cooled before packing it in a container
