Meringue cookies | Meringue kisses | Mini meringue cookies | Egg white cookies Ingredients 120gm egg whites 220gm sugar ( fine granulated sugar/ powdered sugar) ½ tsp cream of tartar ( optional ) 1tsp vanilla essence Instructions Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius Stir the egg whites and cream of tartar together in a small bowl Beat at medium speed until foamy Add 1 tbsp. of sugar at a time. Beat sugar on high speed until it dissolves Beat until stiff peaks form around 7 to 10 minutes Fill a piping bag with meringue Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Using a cookie piping bag, pipe 2 inch cookies onto the lined baking sheets, keeping a gap between each one bake it at 110-120 degrees Celsius for 40 - 45 minutes It should be completely cooled before storing in a jar
