Cover the cookie dough and chill it for 60 minutes Set the oven to preheat and line a baking sheet with parchment paper Roll chilled dough into balls Roll each cookie ball in powdered sugar Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 degrees until the top has cracked Cool it down and store it
