Be careful not to grind them into powder (the texture should be rough). Ghee or oil can be used to fry the edible gum. Crush the dates and edible gum together. Mix the crushed cashews and nutmeg with the mixture. Put this mixture in a chocolate mold and refrigerate it for 6 to 8 hours. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Now dip the frozen nutty balls in chocolate and keep them in the fridge for one hour.
