A member of the ATDC (town planning which was appointed illegally by the Secretary and who has been dismissed by the judgment of the High Court of Madras) along with the chief of Security of the Secretary came with a JCB to destroy an asset of Auroville (the Bathroom of a couple of Aurovilians) in Centre field community thus in total disregard of: The judgment of the Madras High Court, The Decision of the Resident Assembly, the decision of the national Green Tribunal.
